Welcome to Ballet. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Ballet Global Inc.'s Website, App, and Physical Cold Storage Products.

By accessing this website and purchasing our products, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Ballet if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Product Disclaimer and Self-Custody

Ballet provides a non-electronic, physical cold storage solution for cryptocurrency assets. By utilizing our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Ballet products are self-custodial. You alone possess the physical item containing the private key entropy and passphrase.
• Ballet Global Inc. does not have access to, nor does it retain copies of, your full private keys.
• If you lose, destroy, or otherwise compromise your physical Ballet card or its scratch-off components, your cryptocurrency assets will be permanently unrecoverable. Ballet cannot restore lost funds.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Ballet Global Inc. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Ballet. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Ballet for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from Ballet
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Ballet
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy the anti-counterfeiting design elements of our physical cards

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ballet Global Inc., nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, the App, or our Physical Products, whether such liability is under contract.

Ballet Global Inc., including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to:

• Fluctuations in the market value of cryptocurrency assets stored on the cards.
• Loss of funds due to physical theft, damage, or loss of the physical card.
• Loss of funds due to user error, including improper scratching of the security film or revealing the private key to third parties.

4. Anti-Counterfeiting and Verification

Ballet employs rigorous anti-counterfeiting measures. Users are required to verify the authenticity of their physical product using the Ballet Crypto App immediately upon receipt. Do not deposit funds into a card that appears tampered with, damaged, or fails digital verification.

5. Changes to Terms

Ballet reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
